Our curriculum incorporates core and foundation subjects alongside our behaviour and belonging and ONE LIFE curriculum. 

We want to create a "love of learning for LIFE" at Stanhope and we hope these pages give you an understanding of our curriculum approach, curriculum principles and how we aim to ensure every child loves learning at Stanhope throughout the day! 

As part of our ambition to further strengthen the consistency of teaching and learning so that high-quality practice is embedded and experienced by all children, we have a consistent approach to teaching and learning at Stanhope.

We have used the x9 Teaching and Learning principles from the Flying High Partnership to develop a robust and sequential programme of professional learning for our staff team. We also use elements of Teaching Walkthrus to further ensure the consistency of our approach.
