Year 3
Welcome to Year 3!
In Year 3 there are 2 classes, 3M and 3W, which make up Year 3 at Stanhope and we are the newest members of Upper School. 3M's Class Teacher is Miss McIver and our Teaching Assistants are Miss Ruth and Miss Cripwell. There are 24 children in 3M - 15 boys and 9 girls. 3W's Class Teacher is Miss Walker and our Teaching Assistants are Miss Ruth and Miss Cripwell. There are 25 children in 3W - 12 boys and 13 girls. This year is very important as we adjust to life in Key Stage 2 and begin to develop more independence as individuals. We will be learning in a variety of interesting ways throughout the year and we will enjoy celebrating our successes along the way!
Our topic for this term is Plants and our learning journey question is "How can we care for our Global Garden?" Ask us what we have been learning and we might be able to tell you some interesting facts.
We are going swimming this year which we are very excited about!
