Welcome to the Friends of Stanhope School page (FOSS)!
The Friends of Stanhope School (FOSS) is a fundraising organisation consisting of parents, grandparents and staff. We regularly hold events to raise money for extra resources for the school. In the past 12 months we have organised a fashion show, school fairs, film clubs, discos and cake sales. With the money raised we have helped redevelop the library, buy playtime equipment and purchase books - plus much more. The schools budget doesn't stretch to cover these expenses which help to enhance the provision the children receive. We also raise money for charities: Action Aid, Macmillan and the Alzheimers Association. We appreciate any help - maybe you have some fundraising ideas, you would like to man a stall or have some free time and simply want to help towards a good cause.
